Here is a list of all the skills and abilities that Tidus can learn in his section of the Sphere Grid! Also next to each description of the ability, is the MP (magic point) cost required to perform the skill.
Special Abilities
Flee: Aid the party's escape from battle. MP Cost - None
Cheer: Raises the party's Strength and Defense. Party members deal greater damage to enemies while sustaining less damage themselves. MP Cost - None
Provoke: Draws the target's attacks toward the character. MP Cost - 4
Skill Abilities
Delay Attack: Slightly delays the target's next turn. MP Cost - 8
Delay Buster: Greatly delays the target's next turn. MP Cost - 18
Quick Hit: Strike a target quickly with reduced recovery time. The damage inflicted is no greater than that of a standard attack, but the character's next turn comes up much sooner. MP Cost - 12
White Magic
Haste: Accelerates the target so that his turns in battle come up sooner than normal. MP Cost - 8
Hastega: Accelerates the entire party so that all members' turns in battle come up sooner than normal. MP Cost - 30
Slow: Slows the target down. MP Cost - 12
Slowga: Slows all enemies down. MP Cost - 20
